Can I trade in my car?

I have Mazda Tribute 2001, I have for about 7mons now, but the car seems to have many problems. I only drove the car for about 3 months; most of time is in workshop and spend more than $1,000. I returned to a dealer a month ago, he still gives me dates, come tomorrow or next week. I still pay for the car that I don’t even enjoy driving. My next payment is coming in couple days, what should I do?
