Swap Monster Reincarnation for Monster Reborn. It’s limited now.
Heavy Storm is now limited again, so you can only have one in your deck. So swap one of them with Giant Trunade
Swap Ookazi with Smasing Ground.
Swap Reinforcements with Mirror Force.
Swap Castle Walls with Phoenix Wind Wing Blade.
Why the heck do you have Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts, a weak normal level 4 monster with no support cards to back him up? Swap him out for Snipe Hunter or something.
Dark Lucius LV6 is a stupid card to put in a deck without LV4. Swap it out for another Cyber Ogre.
Swap out Luster Dragon #2 for Cyber Dragon.
Red Medicine is useless. Find a way to get in a Marshmallon.
Those are some basic tips. Ultimately I suggest you stick to one basic theme. If you have a lot of e-heroes, stick to e-heroes. If you have a lot of gear monsters, stick to gear monsters.

first of all, the guy (or girl) above me is just trying to score points. as for this deck im not so sure how this will work. elemental hero and gear deck arnt so compatible. try combining two deck elements that are easily compatible. for example: gear crush/chimeratech otk deck. i mean this just happens to be the deck ive been running and its working very well for me. i just recently got back into it but ive learned very quickly that just having support cards for one certain element of your deck can be disastrus. they all have to work together. im sry i dont have a deck list for ya. but in my experience unless you have the right cards for an elemental deck (which im guessing you dont have) it wont work so well. try doing what i did, find a deck that is close to something you can make and tweak (replace cards and add an element that works well in the deck if you cant make find cards to replace or fill in for the deck.) it untill it works for you. i found a deck on metagame that was close to what i was looking for and tweaked it untill i could make it. also when tweaking a deck ask people on yahoo for help, they can be very helpful. good luck i hope i helped.

try to have some sort of theme
its not a good idea to have a bunch of monsters that don’t work well together
also, effect monsters are better than normal ones
